It can also operate in classic IR black and white night mode or in the new hybrid IR+white LED Smart Detection mode. In Smart Detection mode, the camera uses IR and white LED light at night as the perfect combination to avoid disturbing your neighbors and at the same time detect a possible intrusion. You get a black and white image when nothing is happening, and then the camera immediately turns on the white LEDs and gives you a color image at night when an intruder is detected! The camera's infrared and white LED light can reach a distance of up to 20 meters at night.
