Homematic IP Wired underfloor heating controller - 10 channels, 230 V #152690A0

The Homematic IP Wired Floor Heating Actuator enables individual control of the respective room temperature for heating or cooling via the Homematic IP Wired bus.

The actuator controls up to fifteen 230-volt valve drives for a maximum of 10 heating zones. Alternatively, 14 valve drives and a circulation pump can also be controlled. Thanks to modern control algorithms, all types of water-based underfloor heating systems are supported. In addition, the system automatically ensures a constant flow of heating water, thereby achieving even and efficient utilisation of the heating system. To connect two heating circuits to one heating zone, every second heating zone is also equipped with double terminal points. If required, the Homematic IP Multi IO Box can be coupled with the actuator. This enables direct control of boilers and switching from heating to cooling mode. The underfloor heating actuator can be installed either on a top-hat rail or directly on the wall.

A Homematic IP Wired Access Point is required for operation in the wired system. The Wired system can be controlled via the CCU3 central control unit, via many partner solutions and in future also via the Homematic IP Cloud. If required, for example on the building site, commissioning and configuration can also be carried out directly on the Wired wall thermostat, i.e. without a central control unit or access point.
