The Homematic IP HmIP-FAL230-C10 individually controls up to 10 zones of a water-based underfloor heating system. It supports heating, cooling and circulation pump control while automatically maintaining a constant heating water flow. It can be operated with the Homematic IP Access Point 2 HmIP-HAP2, Home Control Unit HmIP-HCU1 or directly via a compatible wall thermostat.

Homematic IP Underfloor Heating Actuator 10 Channels, 230 V HmIP-FAL230-C10 provides individual control of up to 10 zones in a water-based underfloor heating system. Room temperatures can be controlled individually. The actuator also supports cooling through floor surfaces.
