The Homematic IP Wired Underfloor Heating Controller enables stepless control of the underfloor heating in combination with up to 12 motorised actuators and thus ensures convenient and energy-efficient control of the room climate.
The Homematic IP Wired underfloor heating controller enables the individual control of up to 12 heating circuits via motorised actuators. In conjunction with Homematic IP Wall Thermostats, the desired room temperatures can be regulated not only precisely but also in a particularly energy-efficient manner. This is realised by the energy-saving Homematic IP actuator - motorised (HmIP-VDMOT), which is connected directly to the controller via a plug connector. These enable continuous, constant control of the underfloor heating. Through precise control, the actuators enable exact and always appropriate flow regulation of the heating water, whereby the respective valve opening level can be read on the large LC display. Thanks to the connection of the bus and power supply via spring terminals, the connection is particularly simple. The Homematic IP Wired Access Point takes care of the power supply and communication with other devices. An additional power supply in the underfloor heating distribution cabinet and complicated cabling are therefore not required. If an additional Homematic IP Multi IO Box is used, the boiler can be controlled directly or switched from heating to cooling mode. The Wired underfloor heating controller can be installed either on a top-hat rail or directly on the wall.
