Zennio MicroBOX 22 (ZIOMCB22) is a KNX multifunction actuator for DIN-rail mounting in electrical panels. The device combines 2 potential-free relay outputs with 2 analog/digital inputs and supports KNX Data Secure.
- Outputs: 2 potential-free relay outputs via bistable relays.
- Configuration: usable as a shutter channel or as up to 2 individual outputs.
- Switching capacity per output: 10(5) A at 250 VAC, 2500 VA, or 10 A at 30 VDC, 300 VA.
- Maximum load per output: 2500 W resistive or 1250 VA inductive.
- Inputs: 2 analog/digital inputs for potential-free push buttons, sensors, temperature probes or motion sensors.
- Functions: 10 logic functions, output timers and manual control per output with LED status indicator.
- KNX supply: 21-31 VDC via KNX bus, no external power supply required.
- Mounting: DIN-rail mounting according to IEC 60715 TH35, dimensions 67 x 90 x 17.5 mm, 1 DIN unit.
The inputs use potential-free contacts. The maximum wiring length is 30 m. For Zennio temperature probes, the specified NTC accuracy is ±0.5 °C at 25 °C with a temperature resolution of 0.1 °C.
The maximum current per block is 20 A. The device saves data on KNX bus failure and recovers data after KNX bus return according to parameterisation. The degree of protection is IP20. The specified operating temperature range is 0 to +55 °C.
