Our cFos Charging Manager

Our powerful charging and load management system, the cFos Charging Manager, is included in the cFos Charging Manager Kit ESP. With the cFos Charging Manager, you can operate your charging infrastructure, utilise many useful, innovative and practical features and get the most out of your home connection with the help of our load management, without having to expand it at great expense and effort. The load management of the cFos Charging Manager ensures that power limits are adhered to and/or that the use of the charging power is optimised for your purposes (e.g. by including a PV solar system).

cFos Power Brain & other wallboxes

The cFos Charging Manager Kit ESP naturally supports our cFos Power Brain wallboxes without the need for an additional charging point licence.

The cFos Charging Manager Kit ESP also supports many wallboxes from other manufacturers many wallboxes from other manufacturers. You will need an additional cFos Charging Manager licence for each wallbox from another manufacturer.

Connection & connectivity

For network connections, the cFos Charging Manager Kit ESP supports wireless WLAN (WiFi 802.11 b/g/n). It also has a USB port via which you can connect a wired LAN (with an additional USB LAN adapter). If your charging system is only wirelessly networked and is large in terms of area, please plan additional WLAN hotspots.

It also has an RS-485 interface (protocol: Modbus RTU). With the RS-485 cabling (as a rule, twisted-pair bell wire is sufficient), you can wire wallboxes with corresponding interfaces and integrate many external meters.

With our cFos Power Brain Wallbox, you can already manage smaller systems with up to 5 wallboxes. For charging systems with up to 50 charging points, we recommend this cFos Charging Manager Kit ESP here. For even larger systems, we recommend the cFos Charging Manager Kit Rasberry. Both Charging Manager Kits can be operated independently of a cFos Power Brain Wallbox.
